Who we are

Grown by nature,
guided by science.

AgroLink began as a single family plot in the Rhône valley. Three decades on, we run one of Europe's largest regenerative networks — but the method has not changed.

We rebuild soil instead of depleting it. Cover crops, rotational grazing and satellite-guided irrigation let us grow denser, better-tasting produce while returning more carbon to the ground than we take out. Every harvest is logged, tested and traceable back to the exact field it came from.

  • No synthetic pesticides, ever
  • Soil health audited twice a year
  • Growers paid 30% above market

How it works

From soil
to shelf.

Four steps, no shortcuts. Each one is logged against the batch code printed on your crate.

  1. 01

    Read the soil

Every field is sampled for carbon, nitrogen and microbial life before a single seed goes in. The data sets the rotation for the next three seasons.

  2. 02

    Grow slowly

Satellite-guided irrigation gives each block exactly what it needs. Nothing is forced, which is why the flavour is denser and the shelf life longer.

  3. 03

    Harvest at peak

Crops are picked by hand at optimal ripeness and cooled within forty minutes, locking in texture and nutrition on the same day.

  4. 04

    Deliver traced

A single scan reveals the field, the picker, the test results and the route. Full transparency, from the ground to your kitchen.

Global reach

We're global,
we stay local.

Nine growing regions, thirty-four markets. Produce travels the shortest possible distance from the field that grew it.

  • Europe 92%
  • North America 78%
  • Africa 64%
  • Asia Pacific 51%
AgroLink is the only supplier whose produce we never have to check. The soil does the work — we just cook it.
